Join Katie Wang for the 30 min Pop Bootcamp, a music/theme row bootcamp designed to keep you moving. This class combines high-intensity efforts on the Row with strength-building floor exercises. You'll be working on your glutes, quads, and hamstrings while jamming out to pop music. The class is structured to provide a balanced workout experience.
