Join Chelsea Jackson Roberts for 30 min Power Yoga, an intermediate class designed for those with previous yoga flow experience. In this power yoga class, you will flow at a faster pace with added poses and repetition of movements to help build strength. Expect to move through segments such as Downward Facing Dog Pose, High Plank, Runners Lunge, Warrior 2 Pose, Warrior 3 Pose, and Half Moon Pose. The class will be accompanied by classical music, creating a calming atmosphere as you practice. This session is ideal for intermediate yogis looking to deepen their practice.
