20 min Grounded Yoga Flow is led by Nico Sarani and is designed for intermediate participants. This active, vinyasa-style yoga class will have you flowing from one pose to the next, linking movements with your breath. You'll develop strength, flexibility, and balance. The class features hip-hop/rap music to keep you energized. Segments include Pigeon Pose Prep and Seated Straddle Forward Fold Pose.
