Join Callie Gullickson for 20 min Strength Roll Call Upper Body, an intermediate class designed to target your upper-body muscle groups. On Wednesdays, it's all about focusing on your shoulders, biceps, and lats with the help of dumbbells. This upper body strength & toning session is a great addition to any lower-body or cardio workout. It can also serve as day 3/5 of your Weekly Roll Call strength regimen.
