Join Kirra Michel for 60 min Yoga Flow, an intermediate-level vinyasa-style yoga class. In this session, we'll transition smoothly from one pose to the next, synchronizing movements with the breath. Throughout the class, you'll work on developing strength, flexibility, and balance.
