Join Becs Gentry for the 30 min Walk + Run, an outdoor walk + run class designed to give you a balanced workout. This session begins with a 5.5 minutes walking warm-up, followed by 23.5 minutes of alternating walking and running. The class concludes with a 1 minutes cool down to help you recover.
