Join Matt Wilpers for the 30 min Power Zone Ride, a focused power zone class designed to enhance your performance. In this session, you will train smart with 7 zones of output customized to your fitness level. The class targets performance improvements in zones 3-6 on the power zone training scale of 1-7. Enjoy a pop music playlist that will keep you motivated throughout the ride. This class will work on your glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
