Complete checkout through Truemed
- Pay with your HSA/FSA card, or split your payment with an HSA/FSA card and a credit/debit card to cover the rest.

Receive your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
- A licensed medical provider will review your responses, and Truemed will send you an LMN if you qualify. If you do not qualify, you may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery.
