Bike and Bike+ both have a compact 4' x 2' footprint to fit nicely in homes of all sizes.

The total dimensions of Bike+ are 54" L x 22" W x 60" H. We recommend at least 24” of space on all sides for storing and training. The ceiling height minimum is 8' to ensure all riders have adequate headroom.

Peloton IQ provides training and insights designed to personalize every workout. Peloton IQ is available on all Peloton devices, but its most advanced features can only be experienced on the Cross Training Bike+, Tread+, and Row+. A Peloton All-Access Membership is required to access all Peloton content and applicable features on your Peloton hardware.

Cycling shoes enhance your Peloton experience and are recommended. Peloton Bikes require Delta-compatible cleats.

Peloton cycling shoes have a narrow to normal fit. If you fall between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up.

Expert assembly includes delivery to the room of your choosing and comprehensive setup from professional service providers. Your equipment will be unpacked, inspected for damage, and assembled. Once assembly is complete, all packaging materials will be removed and disposed of.

Self-assembly includes free delivery to your room of choice, but does not include unpacking, equipment assembly, or packaging removal. Once your order arrives, you’ll receive a QR code that links you to a video guide and instructions for self-assembly. To complete assembly, you’ll need a flat, even surface.

Estimated assembly completion times and product weight vary by product. Self-assembly boxes are heavy and may require 2+ people to move:

Peloton Bike: Estimated set-up time is 45 minutes. The heaviest box is estimated to weigh 152 lbs, additional boxes weighing 13 lbs and 4.5 lbs.

Peloton Bike+: Estimated set-up time is 45 minutes. The heaviest box is estimated to weigh 154 lbs, additional boxes weighing 17 lbs and 5 lbs.

For eligible equipment, you’ll be able to select either self-assembly or expert-assembly at checkout. Order changes from expert assembly to self-assembly are not possible after an order has been placed. Self-assembly can be upgraded to expert assembly after delivery by contacting Peloton Member Support. Additional fees will apply.

After placing your order for new Peloton equipment, eligible customers can request haulaway service from Peloton’s trusted third-party provider, Dolly by Taskrabbit. A Member rate of $155 will be applied.

Eligible items for removal include any standalone piece of exercise equipment that can be safely removed from your home, like treadmills, stationary bikes, stair machines, and ellipticals. Equipment can be from Peloton or other brands.

Most old equipment can be hauled away with an average lead time of 5 days prior to your delivery arriving. Equipment removal services are available in most zip codes within the continental United States. Some restrictions apply. Learn more.
