Peloton and CPSC Announce the Peloton Tread+ Rear Safety Guard

Peloton, in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is pleased to notify all Peloton Tread+ owners that a new Tread+ Rear Safety Guard will be available late this year. 

The innovative guard features a breakaway design that pivots away from the treadmill when it comes into contact with an object, shutting off power and safely decelerating the belt. Tread+ Members can now register to receive the guard by completing this form.

Peloton will offer the guard free of charge to all Members who own a Tread+. Once available, Members will have the opportunity to opt-in and register for a service appointment where the guard will be professionally installed.

Please note, the guard is only compatible with the Peloton Tread+.
