If you’re buying or selling a used Peloton Bike or Peloton Bike+, you probably have some questions: Where should you go to purchase or list a Bike or Bike+? If you’re a buyer, how do you know how old a bike is? And if you’re a seller, how can you demonstrate the information you’re sharing is accurate?

If you want to get the most out of a used Peloton Bike or Peloton Bike+, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Include as much information as possible in your listing (photos, delivery options, etc.) and follow these steps to factory reset your equipment, to ensure that all of your personal information is cleared from the Peloton equipment prior to selling. If nothing else, consider sharing the Bike or Bike+’s Peloton History Summary so buyers can easily access it, increasing transparency and giving them a more holistic understanding of the product.

How to Get a Peloton History Summary for a Used Bike or Bike+

Buyers and sellers can generate a Peloton History Summary for a used Peloton Bike or Peloton Bike+ in a matter of seconds, providing additional information for the transaction. Here’s how both parties can create a report from the Peloton website. 

  1. Navigate to the History Summary page on Peloton’s website.

  2. Enter the Bike or Bike+ serial number, add your contact email, and indicate whether you’re interested in buying or selling. If you are a buyer, we recommend asking for the seller to provide the product’s serial number.

  3. View the Peloton History Summary in a separate tab. You can download and save the summary from there.
