Get it right!!
I am a longstanding Peloton member. Over 800 classes. I had to do a factory reset and now am considered first time user. Please correct this and reference my existing account.

Continued to be amazed with the Peleton Experience
This is my 3rd Peleton Bike and the experience never ceases to amaze me. From placing the order to delivery the communication was excellent . Mostly due to moves Ive had to sell bikes along the way. I fired up my new Peleton , logged back in, renewed my membership and was pedaling to a 30 minute ride an hour after it was plugged in. Delivery crew was great all leading to a continued excellent experience.

Well Done!
Bike was delivered 4 months ago. Have been riding 3 x's a week now during this time. #1. Love all the different workouts..... Lots of ride types. Hills, sprints, even rides to simulate a professional race. Boot camps are great workouts and love the stretching. #2. I bought a refurbished model, but it looks and rides like brand new. Just a little wobble in the handlebar adjustments. #3. The ability to adjust the slightest amount of tension!!! way better than the cheap bikes used at my old Gold's gym #4. Didn't realize that my wife could also use the bike. Bonus for peloton letting…

Never out of style
My first experience with a peloton bike was when my friends asked me to babysit theirs while their house was being renovated. I fell in love and was deeply saddened when the renovation was done, and they took the bike back. After an extreme year of a great many changes, I finally was able to purchase my own peloton. And it’s like I never stopped using it. I love the ease and variety of classes to choose from; although cycling is my favorite. I look forward to crushing many personal goals over the years and increasing and maintaining my overall fitness. Thank you Peloton for a great product.

My daughter had a Peloton when she lived with me so I'm familiar with the product. I'm 78 years old now and it's been five years since I've ridden and it is taking some getting use to but I will gradually work my way back up to more advanced programs. Love the product and it beats riding on the streets with all the idiots who don't know how to drive.

Saved my life
Thank you Peloton, on December 10, 2024, I was 314 pounds. Today march 24,2025 , I am 220 pounds. 94 pounds lost. I bought my bike, and the peloton instructors , are amazing. I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I completed all of Matt’s 120, 90, working on 75, lots of 60 minutes rides, lifted weights, walked, all with my peloton app. I can’t think all of Peloton for helping me. The information the instructors give is so key to success. I love you all.

Riding with Peloton since 2019
I love this bike. I never thought that I would enjoy it so much but it’s been almost 6 years now and everyday there seems to be something new to discover. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. I still have my original bike, been doing my best to keep it in good shape and for the most part the flywheel still spins like new, the pedals still hold great and nothing has shaken off :) I’ve been through a few pairs of shoes and aside from being stiff…
