Our delivery and set up crew were fantastic they went over everything with us

Absolutely love it!! The delivery was delayed, but came in the second scheduled day. The JB Hunt duo did an amazing job setting up, made sure everything worked before they left. I had the baby tread first and so happy I upgraded!! I’m having a little trouble getting the camera to work properly, but it has only been a couple of days and I’m learning.

After comparing several options from Technogym to NordicTrack, I ultimately chose the Peloton Tread+, and I’m extremely satisfied with the decision. The responsiveness is outstanding, especially for interval training. Speed and incline adjustments happen quickly and smoothly, which makes structured workouts feel seamless and immersive. There’s no lag or hesitation when "shifting gears", and that was the key feature that I was looking for when I planned to replace my old unit. Only had it less than a week but I am loving it so far. It’s HEAVY though so make sure you don’t need to love it again after setup. Only complaint I have isn’t with peloton but with the delivery. It was a bad experience. 3 rescheduled appointments. The crew that delivered it was nice, but one of them was young and I’m pretty sure had never assembled anything in his life. I had to “fix” a couple of things he did wrong when he put it together. They also did not go through the installer process of setting it up. I love my Tread+. I’ve never been a runner…until now. I love the way it feels to run on this treadmill, it’s so comfortable and easy on my knees. I also love the 15% incline, as I’ve been doing the hiking classes to prep for real hikes once the weather is nice. I have a peloton bike and this has been a great addition to my home gym. Love Robin, Kirsten, Camila, and still have more running instructors to try out.

We just love it! We have wanted the tread plus model for a long while now. So glad we waited for the new cross training model! It’s awesome! The buying and delivery process went very smoothly, no complaints! Thank you!

So far so good! I love the big screen and the ease of moving the speed and incline up and down. Looking forward to having this in my home.

I’ve wanted a Peloton treadmill for years, but I always talked myself out of it because of the astronomically high price. Every time I considered it, I decided it was too much to justify. That changed during the Black Friday deals, when I finally bit the bullet and ordered the Tread+. I have loved running on the Tread+. It feels the most like running outside that I have experienced on a treadmill in 20+ years of running. I took my first strength class and loved the feedback that I got on form and the tracking with iQ during the class. The swivel screen and camera used this easy to use within my gym space. This already seems to be the most versatile piece of equipment that I have purchased. I loved the instructors and platform for the last 6 years as this has been my primary workout modality but now I am only going to be utilizing the platform even more.

A great start! Our 3rd piece of Peloton equipment (Bide+ and Tread), upgraded to Tread+ and very happy. The whole set up is well done and good improvements made to the tread track comfort, great improvement on sound quality with Sonos speakers, the screen resolution and rotation is great, and the tray area is good too. The instructors all work hard, you just have to find the ones you connect with, there is always a mix of advice, encouragement and inspiration, some may be too exuberant for me but am sure they connect with others...
