It’s simple and included with every first-time Bike purchase. Once the Bike is delivered and set up in your home, experience 30 days of cardio, strength, and more to find the classes you’ll love. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to schedule your pickup and we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked.

30-day home trial is not available for Refurbished Original Bikes. Refurbished Original Bikes orders can be canceled prior to delivery. Refurbished Original Bikes are not eligible for the 30-day home trial or returns.

What are the differences between Cross Training Bike and Bike+?

Bike+ has a bigger 23.8” swivel screen, and comes standard with Sonos-tuned speakers, a fan, phone tray, and an auto-resistance option which automatically changes resistance levels to match instructors’ cues. Bike+ also has a Movement-Tracking Camera to track your reps and deliver form analysis. Should I put anything under my Peloton Bike or Bike+ to help stabilize it?

Is it okay to place my Peloton Bike or Bike+ on carpet?

Can I put the Peloton Bike or Bike+ in a garage or unfinished basement?

Yes, you can install your Peloton Bike or Bike+ in a garage or unfinished basement as long as there is an outlet you can connect it to. However, we recommend placing your Peloton Bike in a temperature-controlled environment away from objects you can bump into. For the Bike, your space should have an 8-foot ceiling height clearance. Additional clearance is recommended for bootcamp or other mat classes, though.

How can you switch your Peloton membership over to a new product from an old one?

Your Peloton membership remains the same across products — there is no need to update your membership or subscription from one product to the other and it’s automatically supported on your new device.

Please note: All-Access Memberships can only be shared across products of different types (e.g. exercise bike and treadmill). In the case of having 2 products of the same type (e.g. Bike and Bike+) two separate All-Access Memberships are required.

How will my Bike be delivered? Will it be assembled?

Your Bike will be delivered to your home and set up by our team of professionals. We'll place it in the perfect spot you've already picked out, finish assembly, connect it to power and Wi-Fi and walk you through the basics—getting you up and riding in no time.

Additional shipping charges may apply to ferry-only accessible locations and certain other remote locations. We may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations.
