The Limited Warranty offered by Peloton fully covers the touchscreen and most original components for up to 12 months, the Tread drive motor and walking belt for up to 3 years and the Tread frame for up to 5 years. Replacement parts covered under the Limited Warranty can only be shipped to the United Kingdom. Please note, the Limited Warranty is voided and service and repairs are not offered if the Tread is moved outside of Australia. See terms.

How much space do I need for the Peloton Tread Vision?

What do I need to do ahead of my Peloton Tread Vision being delivered?

To prepare for a quick and seamless delivery of your Peloton Tread Vision, it's recommended to clear the access route from the entrance of your delivery location to your room of choice as well as the final set up area for the treadmill. We strongly recommend positioning your Peloton Tread Vision in a room with extra space, so you can work out both on and off the Tread.

In order to save time and to start working out right away once the delivery is complete, set up your Peloton user account prior to the delivery of your Peloton Tread Vision. You can do this by visiting members.onepeloton.com.au as soon as you've placed your order, logging in using the same email address you used to purchase your Peloton Tread Vision. All-Access Membership gives you and your household access to our entire library of live and on-demand classes including running, strength, bootcamp, outdoor running, yoga, stretching and more, all on the Peloton Tread Vision and the Peloton App. You'll also have access to guided, time-based and distance-based Scenic classes, training programs tailored to meet your goals, and regularly scheduled challenges. Peloton IQ provides training and insights designed to personalise every workout. Peloton IQ is available on all Peloton devices, but its most advanced features (e.g. Movement Tracking) can only be experienced on the Peloton Cross Training Bike+, Row+, Peloton Tread Vision, and Peloton Tread+ Vision. A Peloton All-Access Membership is required to access all Peloton content and applicable features on your Peloton hardware.

Is it okay to place my Peloton Tread Vision on carpet?

Can I put a Peloton Tread Vision in a garage or unfinished basement?

Yes, you can install your Peloton Tread Vision in a garage or unfinished basement as long as there is an outlet you can connect it to. However, we recommend placing your Peloton Tread Vision in a temperature-controlled environment away from objects you can bump into. Your space should have 2 m of space behind and 61 cm on each side with 51 cm greater than the user's height. Additional clearance is recommended for bootcamp or other mat classes, though.

How can you switch your Peloton membership over to a new product from an old one?

Your Peloton membership remains the same across products — there is no need to update your membership or subscription from one product to the other and it's automatically supported on your new device.

Please note: All-Access Memberships can only be shared across products of different types (e.g. exercise bike and treadmill). In the case of having 2 products of the same type (e.g. Bike and Bike+) two separate All-Access Memberships are required.
