Zacharias Niedzwiecki

Peloton Instructor

Zacharias is an athletic-forward yogi, and is here to show you how yoga can also be a strength workout. With 500+ hours of certification spread evenly across vinyasa and weighted flow, Zacharias has carved a lane of power-focused yoga for all athletes to get to the next level of conditioning. With an extensive background in studio and personal coaching, Zacharias will bring Strength members to the Yoga mat and vice versa. In addition to his work in fitness, his experience as an on-stage Opera performer (which influences his breathwork in teaching) makes him an extremely well-rounded talent..

Meet Zacharias

My practice is shaped by the fact that the barriers between movement modalities are an illusion. The more we move and the more we learn different movement practices, the stronger and more well-rounded we become as modern athletes.

How do you motivate?

Music is a central part of my class planning. As the flow or workout becomes more intense, the music picks up, creating a strong cadence throughout our workout.

Outside of Peloton

I’m either cuddling with my dog and two cats or in my garden, outside in nature.
