My inspiration for teaching is rooted in helping others improve their lives through fitness, as other coaches have done for me, now it’s my turn to pay it forward.
How Do You Motivate?
I want members to approach my class with an intent to be challenged and grow. I focus on technique and ensure that there is a purpose behind everything I ask of you.
Outside of Peloton
My training also includes gymnastics, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, Muay Thai kickboxing, and yoga. I also enjoy watching documentaries, meditation, reading, and listening to Podcasts.
