Join Becs Gentry for the 60 min Intervals Run and enhance your strength and endurance. This intervals running class includes bursts of effort followed by active recovery while running on the Tread. The class features electronic music to keep you motivated throughout the session. You'll work on your hamstrings, quads, and calves as you push through each interval. This class is designed to challenge you and help you improve your running performance.
