Join Matt Wilpers for the 30 min Progression Run, an endurance class designed to steadily increase your speed over the course of the run. You'll start at a comfortable pace and gradually pick up speed, finishing faster than you started. This class focuses on working your hamstrings, quads, and calves. Enjoy the energetic beats of pop music as you push through each phase of the run. Discover your ability to run through fatigue and build your confidence with every step.
