Join Kirsten Ferguson for the 30 min HIIT & Hills Run, an invigorating intervals running class. This beginner-level session is designed to help you improve your power with hills and work on your speed with fast intervals. The class focuses on building up both skills simultaneously, making it a great way to progress your running. You'll be working your hamstrings, quads, and calves throughout the session.
