Join Jeffrey McEachern for the 20 min HIIT & Hills Run, a challenging and high-intensity intervals running class. Climbing increases your strength, while fast intervals improve your speed. This class will train both skills simultaneously to improve all aspects of your running. Expect an electronic music genre to keep you motivated throughout the session. Target muscles include hamstrings, quads, and calves.
