Join Joslyn Thompson Rule for the 30 min HIIT Run, a beginner level outdoor intervals running class. This session is designed to help you work up a sweat with a structured workout. The class starts with a 5 minutes warm-up, followed by 24 minutes of running intervals, and concludes with a 1 minutes cool down.
