Join Matt Wilpers for the 20 min Intervals Run, an outdoor intervals running class designed to challenge your endurance. The session begins with an 8 minutes warm-up, followed by 11 minutes of running intervals, and concludes with a 1 minutes cool down. Throughout the class, you'll be working your hamstrings, quads, and calves to build strength and stamina. Enjoy the energetic beats of pop music as you push through each segment. This class offers a structured approach to interval training, guided by an experienced instructor.
