Join Ben Alldis for the 30 min Power Zone 80s Ride, a focused power zone class designed to enhance your performance. Train smart with 7 zones of output customized to your fitness level, targeting improvements in zones 3-6 on the power zone training scale of 1-7. This class features a pop music playlist, creating an energetic atmosphere as you ride. Although the primary focus is on power zones, you'll also engage your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Get ready to ride with Ben and take your cycling to the next level.
