Join Cliff Dwenger for the 30 min Gospel Ride, a music cycling class designed to lift your spirits with gospel music that will move you both on and off the Bike. This 30 minutes session features a country music genre to keep you motivated throughout your ride. Although primarily a cycling class, you'll engage your glutes, hamstrings, and quads as you pedal through the workout. Cliff will guide you through each segment, ensuring you get the most out of your time on the bike. Experience the uplifting power of gospel music while getting a solid workout.
