Join Jess Sims for 30 min Bootcamp Bodyweight, an intermediate-level class designed to challenge you. Experience heart-pumping intervals on the bike followed by bodyweight moves on the floor. This bodyweight bike bootcamp combines cardio and strength for a well-rounded workout. You'll be working your glutes, quads, and hamstrings to the beats of hip-hop/rap music.
