Join Sam Yo for the 20 min Spring Recovery Ride, a low impact cycling class designed to help you reset for the new season. Over the course of 20 minutes, Sam will guide you through a series of movements aimed at rejuvenating your body and mind. The class features a pop music playlist to keep you motivated throughout the ride. Though it's a cycling class, you'll engage your glutes, hamstrings, and quads for a comprehensive workout. Get ready to enjoy a refreshing session with Sam!
