I gave it four stars only so my review might still be shown. Previous low stars weren't displayed. Getting a bike serviced in Vermont has been horrible!!!!! We barely used the bike when the screen showed an error sign. Despite the cost being high for parts and service we were willing to make the investment. Getting a technician to come within a two week timeframe wasn't possible. Only one day is available every two weeks and sometimes that just didn't show. The first technician actually broke a bolt and made the bike worse. Getting someone to come back has been a hassle because the time schedule means nothing. When they show hours late without a phone call they just say traffic was bad!!! Pelaton doesn't let anyone else fix their bikes so you're stuck with people who are worst than useless.

I love, love the bike! I did experience my first ride yesterday but I wouldn’t say I’m an expert. I’m starting slow to better enjoy the experience and not get injured. The only downside thus far for me is unclipping to get off the bike. The cleats are so tight. I will reach out for help if this continues.
